Amber Gerkin

Amber has a passion for sharing healthy lifestyle habits that bring balance to our lives. From CrossFit to Barre, Running to Yoga, Kickboxing to Aerial, she strives to make these practices available to all. Amber received her Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and an Associates in Physical Therapy Asst. She is an AFAA certified instructor in personal training and group exercise as well as being credentialed in Crossfit L1, Crossfit Kids, aerial yoga, Precision Nutrition Coach, and other specialties. Amber, the founder of Elements, is committed to making the studio a positive, growing experience for the community. It is important to her and the team to have all ages and all activity levels involved. Physical activity, socialization, and connecting the mind, body with the breath have benefits for all.

Not only do we want the participants to receive the reward of a renewed feeling, but Elements, located in historic downtown Vincennes, wants to contribute to the revitalization of the community. We look forward to seeing you in the studio for our upcoming donation classes that give back to Vincennes!

 

 

Shelly McCrary

Shelly, an AFAA certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and TRX suspension system trainer, has a love of being active & improving nutrition that continues to grow each year. She believes each of us is a work in progress regardless of the current performance level. Instilling in others, it’s never too late to implement positive habits or to improve our eating habits is rewarding for both Shelly and her students. She feels blessed to be an Elements instructor/trainer and would love to help you achieve your goals.

Susan Leonard

Susan, an AFAA certified group exercise and step instructor, has been in the fitness field since 1989. She is also trained in cycling, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, strength training and barre. As an instructor, she enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals and creating a fun, exciting class experience. Susan believes we should all focus on an exercise program that keeps us improving, engaged and entertained. She looks forward to sharing her passion with you in  core and more, barre fit, Power Vinyasa Yoga, Restorative Yoga and rowing.
